Lodging Costs
We have two kinds of lodging: Single rooms (with a double bed and private bathroom, but sharing common areas, such as a kichenette) or shared rooms (two single beds and one bathroom for two participants). Due to room constraints, some of the single rooms may not have a private bathroom, but there will be one on the common areas.
Shared accommodation means two people in one room with two beds. (Please write the organisers if there is a particular person you want to share with.) Single accommodation means one person in one room with at least one bed.
The costs for the whole week will be approximatively 450 euros for conference fee and full board on shared accomodation and 550 euros for conference fee and full board single accomodation (depending on capacity).
Registration
Registration is now closed. Cancellations will be possible until midnight (Paris Time) of May 14. Heavy penalties may occur after this date.
